Ravi Nanayakkara

Ravi Nanayakkara is a seasoned professional with an impressive 29+ years of experience in Business/Organizational Development Consulting and Executive Coaching. Ravi is skilled in creating and implementing performance and operational management strategies for both large remote and office-based workforces. Currently, he is responsible for the development and management of the Villa 14 Boutique Hotel, overseeing its people-related activities.​

Ravi holds an MBA in Human Resources and is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personal Development. He is also a performance management specialist certified by the KPI Institute. Currently, he is pursuing an MSc in Business Psychology to further enhance his knowledge and skills in the field.​
